Yea thanks sir, yea I think so too. Just waiting around! So hard to just look at the wheels sitting there, but I want to install everything on the same day, save time any money, for more mods !! lol

I PMd lod this past weekend and they said they were going to take payments this week, they had a delay at the machine shop and are back on track now.

I am going to order mine in red as well!

I never got a message from them about it after my post here about being interested in price/timing for group buy.

Maybe the universe is telling me to go with the ported rod-mod for now?

I do weekly follow-ups and ask for progress/status of the project and they have been consistent in responding to those PMs in a timely manner. Maybe your post got missed? Follow up with a pm, or rod mod lol, either way, can't really go wrong

I have a GPI ported and rod modded intake i will gladly sell you for the price of the LOD intake

I probably should have sent a PM as well. Also sounds like you are a lot less on the fence about the decision than I am/was lol. Both do have their upsides.

However, if you want to sell it for considerably less to fund an LOD intake, I may help you out haha

I have no doubts the lod will make a lot more power, lazer sure proved that. But it's also a LOT more money too. My biggest hangup is probably that I am unsure which route I will go with boost-wise in a few years. If I decide on a procharger, then going LOD now makes a lot of long term sense. If I end up going with a PD blower, then it doesn't as I would just have to resell it down the road.

I still lurk from time to time. Had some medical stuff come up recently and eat into my extra car money, (side note, I had no idea a single epidural steroid injection costs twice what an LOD intake does...and I had 2 of them >.< ) so trying to stay away some and not keep giving myself more expensive ideas

I think this would be a great nitrous intake. I wish we could even get n2o where I live. :( I would at least be going that route to tide myself over until I can get the engine under some PSI. Should be a lot of fun for you!
