the downside to vegas is there are many stupid drunk people. was headed home ass early this morning and got on the 215, had the hammer down in the fast lane when the gas light came on. figured i better lay off it and jumped in the middle lane, just then a car passes me in the fast lane going the wrong god damn direction. how bad does your malfunction have to be to get on the damn freeway the wrong way??

3. at least half the people in Vegas are tourists who (A) don't know the roads, and (B) probably aren't used to dealing with that volume of traffic.

When I used to live in Winter Springs, FL., there were tons of retired drivers just driving around 10-15 mph under the speed limit with nowhere to go.

A freind of mine just lost his life a few months ago due to some A-hole driving the wrong way on the highway. The only good thing is that the drunken ass lost his too.

Good reason to stay out of the fast lane after 2am. Wrong way drivers always drive the "slow" lane in the wrong direction.

Good point I instinctively drive in the right lane, by far the most room to react if needed. If there is no shoulder I go to the middle lane.

I don't know. there was a crash here on the freeway with a wrong way driver. seems like about once a year there is one

Yea it was reported. Should of know better, any time there is a holiday weekend or anything big is in town it's best to stick to the slow lane. Happens quite a bit out here though. One of the girls at work just lost her husband like that.

Just surprised me to see it that far from the strip. Most likely it was a damn local.
