Any word of a tuner coming out soon??

I was wondering if Diablo or SCT are working in a tuner for out cars. I dont like the idea of having a tune and not having a tuner.

We sell Hp tuners for $499 and you can do up to 4 cars(not just 1).

just pick up hp tuners and find a couple people that need some tuning changes and you can make back your $500 real fast and have the tuning software for your car, you also get a real nice scan tool and data logger with hp tuners

Have you guys tuned the L99 yet? I Know you guys have done wonders with the TBSS Ls2. I'm looking to get headers cat delete and a good axle back with a tune. Iv'e used HP Tuners in the past and loved it.

Have one Car on it now; 5.3 LS1 w/Magnason on top and many other mods.

What will I need to do to Program my now stock L-99?

So I guess I am asking the same as ToddSS. Will somthing be out soon.

if you already have hptuners all you need is the latest beta from them and 2 credits, just e-mail support to get the latest beta version

Yea; I have heard the Bata Version is out.
Have also read there are a few people having some issues with it.
I have had the Program for a few years and have mostly played with the Trans shifting paramiters, gear changes and tire size. (have exceded a simple hand held programer) also adjustments for the long tube headers and air fule ratios.

Little changes at a time.
So I was waiting till some of the Pro's in HP Tuner have had good sucess with the Bata Version before I attempted this on my Dialy Driver.

L99 cars can not be tuned (transmission shifting) due to computer inside transmission, saw pcmforless, Brian Herter tune L99 304 HP / 300 TK to 327 HP / 342 TK, today. Car was also tuned for smooth shift in D and Harsher in M.

Just be patient for a little while longer. I am one of the fortunate ones who is currently beta-testing the new Hypertech unit. I have a 1SS/RS A6 L99 car. Bone stock at this point. Got a new update yesterday and got to run the car late afternoon and I'll say this....it is pretty substantial improvement. My car hasn't been to the dyno yet but it is definitely "a beast". Big time low end gains. Turn off traction control and you will spin the tires thru 2nd gear. Noticeable improvements on upper end also but big time on bottom end. Still testing though. The guys will come up with some more stuff I'm sure.

The Hypertech unit does have some pretty cool features though....top speed adjust, afm disable, shift points adjustment in all six gears, firmness, low or high octane performance tuning, and all your tire size, gearing changes too.

I would expect something to be available to the general public very soon. The other cool thing is that when a new program is available it is simply plug up usb on your pc and update via web. Very simple.
