New best E.T. 12.4@118mph cammed
I'm happy about the new mods and gains; last best ET was 12.67@115(was learning the cam) IIRC and last best mph 13.1@118.
New Best ET; 12.45@118.39mph 0-60ft 2.2sec . Car has more in it because there engine cuts power on the 1-2 shift. Track prep is non existent. You just cant launch a manual car on street tires on this track. Anything above 2500rpm is spin fest. 12.3@119mph is totally doable IMO. I only did 3 runs, as the clutch wasnt feeling good; pedal wasnt returning as quick as it should. I will try synthetic clutch fluid next time. Added mods; ported TB, Vararam DRX (instead of Halltech CAI no scoop) and rod mod LS3 intake mani. Car has TSP 231 236 111lsa, 2'' headers HFC, NPP, pulley, streets tires on stock wheels, Autocal tune by Pat G on 91 oct. Gonna have my tune check for the knock retard or whatever is causing the issue. Really need DRs.. update the stock tach is not fast enough for the rpm; I hit 7100 when it shows 6900 on the stock tach. So yeah, room for improvement!
