Fbodfather has ALWAYS spoken the truth. My money on the Z28 appearance is the New York Show in April and hopefully showrooms by Dec.

Well, for when it DOES show up, I'm putting $685.00 a month into my down-payment fund.
Wait for it... Anticipation - PHIBBBT!

I'm not surprised, but I am disappointed a bit. :(

Both in person and on the net. I'm seconding this assumption of NYAS '11 for a Z/28 sneak peak or appearance. At least to coincide with 2 years of Camaro production thus far.

I'm betting on even a more low key approach. Summer at the earliest is my bet. The Z28 will go instant viral in the community that wants to buy one, so not much needed in the way of a big splash arrival. I could be wrong, though. They'll almost make it where you need to visit your dealership to get info. Maybe buy a truck or other car for the spouse while you're there...

I think they will unviel it at Oshawa. GM is involved this year and the dates were moved up to June. They want to set a world record for attendance too so where better to introduce the car to the public?

You might be right, but I really do not feel GM making the introduction outside of the US on the Z28. It is too iconic, even if it is built in Canada.

I've been informed by members of the press fleet that the Z28 has hit a delay and may not release as a 2012 model but rather a 2013. I hope this is not the case.

I was expecting the June show in Oshawa as well.... but they have all the new 2012 spec stuff to debut... wheels, stripes, new interior maybe, the new v6... so I'm not expecting the Z there either... however I am ready to go!!
