Slowhawk this is your chance to shine. It is not a money issue, as Jamie has deep pockets, so do it right and show us what you have got . . . Yes it is a tough place to be, but use your years of experience to show us what you are made of . . .

LOL, Been building these cars for a long time up here. Plenty of fast 5th gens, just don't need the internet hype so we do not post them. LOL

My personal ride is a 7 second LS / Trans Am that spends a lot of time cruising the streets around here.

I'll take lots of pics in the upcoming week or so and start another thread for Jamie so people don't have to go through this thread to finally hit the build.

Hey,Jamie doesnt have any pockets ! I started this project with him so we could " bond" WTF was I thinking ? Now my wife and I ( Jamies mom But she wont admit it) live under an over pass in Sandy Hook Ct. All our money was spent on the Camaro. We barley have enough money left to get the C7 into the nines ! The Camaro is a starter car . Like I always say " If I had a daughter Id buy her a Camaro , not that fast and very safe ........ Jamies dad but I wont admit it either !

Ok, planning has changed a good amount of parts on the build, again.
Since we plan on pushing it hard, a lot of parts are being changed.
New additions- TH400 manual valve body tranny and 9" rear.

So, anybody looking for a full built PATC tranny with new 0 mile rebuild on all clutches ect and a new/fresh Pro Torque 3200 stall converter. Give us a call. They are both for sale now and you'll get a killer deal on these parts that are worth almost $9k.

It will still be a 4000lb pig for now. So, I'm shooting for mid 9's for now and reliability. Then go from there.
