Can't really blame them for the hail damage though because it was an act of nature. Just because a storm comes up doesnt mean they knew hail was coming.

Also from Ohio here (near Cleveland). Gotta say the people at Pat O'Brien in Westlake also drove to PA to bring my car back. Good to hear that there are some dealerships still around that car about people.

Your car looks great, if you ever get up this way to Cedar Point or the Rock Hall or Browns gimmie a holler.

Becky, you did a heck of a lot more than pull for me, and I won't forget it! Thanks again for all of your help. Hopefully I'll get to shake your hand in person at an event someday.

Larry, I meant what I said, the Camaro community is lucky to have you in it. And you have great taste to boot, my IBM brother! Already been out cruising and enjoying her today, and will be again tomorrow!

I'd like to personally (and publicly) thank Becky Doyle (Rodgers Chevrolet - Woodhaven, Michigan) and Eric Hall (Classic Chevrolet - Grapevine, TX) for taking an interest in a fellow Camaro Enthusiast knowing that they weren't going to sell the car - but to help fulfill a dream.....

Those of you looking for a new Camaro in Michigan or Texas - here is a perfect example of two dealers who will go out of their way for you to ensure that you experience "Perma-Grin" to the fullest..........

So the next time someone says "Dealers are horrible" - here's proof positive that there are some great dealers out there...........
Scott, thanks again for all of your help. Without your aid and support, and the help of the people you put me in touch with, I don't think this day would have ever come. My car runs and looks like a dream, and I can't stop looking at her. It's going to be a very good summer, cruising the open road under blue skies!

Operator, to you and everyone else from my build week, especially Todd, Suskam and HDRDTD, thank you so much for your support! Everyone on the site has been extremely supportive, but you guys rode this roller coaster with me from day one, and that support has made a huge difference. Thanks again!

I am so happy that you were finally able to get your Camaro. I had the pleasure of attending the homecoming in Oshawa this weekend and had the pleasure of meeting Scott and many others at the plant and the other members at the show. Everyone was so nice to me its more than a community its like having a second family. Enjoy the ride.

BlueDragon, I think that working toward a dream is what makes it one of the most special moments of one's life. It truly reinforces how possible dreams are once they are achieved. I'm glad you got your car! Remember this feeling and know that dreams are possible, sometimes you just have to work a little harder to get them to come true.
