**UPDATE TRACK RESULTS**Custom fab short runners intake.. Goertz1!

Just want to share my happyness!! I might have track time update soon if everything goes well!! Going to spin my 231 236 cam to 7300 and see what happens! Custom made to fit under stock hood.

Awesome man, looks fantastic!! Looks like it would be pretty similar in concept to the LOD X1. Curious to see how this turns out for you!

Yeah I cant wait to see that. Monday Im installing it. it has a big plenum and nice runner length!

I expect solid gains up top.

I've already had to come back and look at it 3 times now So pretty! Who's making this?

Any plans to dyno afterwards and see what it looks like vs your stock intake? I'm sure it pulls BIG up top!

Sticking with stock throttle body for now?

It is AWESOME!! 😁😁😁 GOERTZ1 make those! Really a nice guy! Very skilled and honest.

I have a rod-mod/cleaned LS3 intake with a 90mm. I do not have a dyno with it, but I have track time, well mph will be the real data to look at since I couldnt 0-60' to save my life in street tires.

I switched to a 102mm inlet/TB on this intake. Im using a BBK 102mm. Pretty sure it will be badass. I expect 40hp and infinite carry uptop.

Wouldnt the volume in the back runners hurt some gains?

Maybe. Idk. You can see the LOD has a slope near the cowl, and their results seem really good. You have a max of 7.5inch max of clearance in the back, no miracle unless the cowl is cut. I think the slope is nicely done.

But it wont require to cut the cowl and wipers assembly like the Holley hi ram, which is a no go for me. 573ci of plenum. Hard to beat that and fit under the hood with proper runners, almost as long as the hi ram(which is my reference and hp/curve goal). I hope itll meet the LS3 hp/curve around 5800. The Sniper style intake meet hp at 6200 on every dyno Ive seen. That is on 376ci and surely havent seen it all.

I like the LOD X1 and almost pulled the trigger on it but had a nice deal on this Goertz1. I love the customized work and look.

Who did your Rod Mod Intake and what are you going to do with it after your swap?

I am looking to maybe or maybe not sell it wirh my ported TB. My IM and TB were done by Hiosilver, very very knowledgeable guy, to say the least. Ports were cleaned too.

Im ready to install! Need to assemble fuel setup but I have all the parts.
