Dallas Cowboys; Gearing up for another disappointing season?
Any Cowboys fan also think that was a pretty hollow victory? They were basically given the game and the Giants still were in position to come back and win. I don't know, but I think as long as JJ keeps the puppet coach and won't hire a real coach, they are destined to be mediocre. Jimmy Johnson in a fairly recent interview talked about how its ran like a country club now. That's the problem. They need a dictator like Jimmy was.
I was really POff when JJones didn't get Sean Payton when he had the chance about a year ago or whenever it was when he was a free agent. I knew then Jerry just wants a puppet so he and his idiot son can run it into the ground.

There was a lot of sloppy play on both teams and being a skins fan I can hope that RG3 wont be rusty and play wont be sloppy as well. It is the first game of the season and a lot of teams didn't look as great as they should be. There was basically no defense played in the SF and Green Bay game either except for run defense.

Yes it will be interesting to see. I'm a Cowboys fan, but I still love watching most of the teams play. That San Fran/Green Bay game yesterday was great. I am excited about seeing RGIII tonight as well as how the Eaglets will do with the new coach. I'm betting Mike Vick gets hurt and is out for at least 4 games since he's so fragile.

As is predictable with the NFL, its NOT predictable. Who would have thought the Cowgirls would be 2-1 and the Giants and Deadskins would be 0-3. ALthough as we all know Dallas has always been good to great in the first of the regular season then tanks in December. But not to be Daryl Downer, maybe they'll actually do good this year. All of the teams I thought would be power houses this year are NOT. Greenbay, San Fran, the Giants. Seattle still looks good and figured they would, Denver looks great, we'll see what happens tonight. Probably be a blow out.
