No Stereo-Work Around?

Whats up everyone!

The only thing I have a reall issue with is the lack of a radio. I loved the face the car is stripped down for performance, but I still would like some tunes every now and then when on the streets. Any ideas????

listen to the exhaust notes... or wait and see if they make a more street friendly one?

+1!! If thats a big issue for you, A. Dont buy the car B. install one yourself and keep it hidden. You dont want to be that guy that owner a Z/28 and installed a stereo everyone can see thats not ment to go with the car. To me it takes away its autheticity...

Honestly think that is stupid on GM's part to not alteast make it an option. They are limiting sales to people who want a track ready car instead of a street ready track car. NO sound deadening, optional a/c but leave a back seat?

Back seat is more for looks. I wouldn't want to ride back there

No back seat (2 seater car) used to mean higher insurance premiums. Don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

So is the head unit just an empty shell? Looks like a disc player is there?

I like idea of a hidden radio setup, good idea!

I've done a few restorations and a new radio in a classic car looks out of place.. I've put them in glove box, center console, ect.. a stereo with Bluetooth its even easier because you can use ur smartphone (Pandora) with or iTunes content to control ur stereo.
