It depends on how you are going to use the car, and of course, the car itself. I find that low mileage, well cared for cars are typically what you would want when you're looking to buy a used car. Also consider, that if you intend to use the car frequently then a low mileage car could give you longer periods of use without repair(s).
On the other hand, it depends on the quality of the car. A car that's well made and has a reputation of good build quality or durability, you should be able to buy at almost any mileage. Look at a lot of examples, compare them and pick the car that you like the best.

Carfax is crap...ask me how I know....either pay your MVA/DMV wat ever for a title record...then take the car to a reputable body shop make sure it wasn't in a "Major" accident....
If all that checks out then I would say that is a good deal.....good luck...

My car was a "clean carfax" turns out it was involved in a event that damaged the left rear quarter, door and front fender...original owner had it repaired out of pocket...never reported it so carfax ect are not informed...then trade in dealer supposedly did not identify this(complete BS--side issue)and listed it as a clean carfax....total scam for dealers that know how to play the game....buyer beware...

I would say that's a pretty good price. Last year I paid $21K (5K below book) for my 2011 with 24k miles. I wouldn't hesitate at all to get a 5th gen Camaro, very solid cars and lots of members with higher mileage here without many issues. If you want to PM the vin I can run it through GM and see if any warranty repairs have been done.

Carfax was brought to life because there were certain states that would "wash" a title of a salvage mark, states like Ohio, you could register your car after it was issued a salvage title and come out of there with a clean title.

Sold wife's 2011 1LT with 46k for 14.2k. Less miles and a v8, it seems fair

Firm only means that you did something to make them believe that you were not a serious buyer...As you look you'll find that many vehicles of this type are low mileage, and one of the reasons is that they are originally purchased by older consumers that only drive them on the weekends or less and store them to preserve the appearance...So it sounds like you have the chance to make a great purchase if you decide to go forward...
