I have seen the "request a quote" a few times now but nothing else, I've tried everything listed in here so far many times.

The biggest thing is to clear the cache and try again.
I will also point out that they aren't constantly issued and they appear to also be regional. From seeing posts in the past, they will pop for several hours and then not again for a day(s). |
