No disrespect to anyone and don't want to get into the middle of the controversy, but is anyone going to Md instead? I go to that event instead of Carlisle.
I hear that more and more are going to Fredricks for Camaro's. |

Just my measly .02, but I went to Carlisle in '11 and Frederick last year. My observations...
Carlisle is good if you want to see cars other than Camaros. They had a little bit (stress little bit) of everything. There were only a hundred (if that) Camaros that year. I believe that was the first year of "the split" (but not sure, someone feel free to chime in here). It was kind of cool walking through the rows of car parts that looked they were unearthed from some burial ground, and if you listened really closely, you could hear the banjos. My feeling was it was more of a local car show. Again, first year of the split (?), so I get the fact a lot of the Camaros went to Frederick. Frederick had over 400 cars last year, all F-bodies. Nothing against the Carlisle area, but I liked Frederick more. I talked to a few people at the show, and they actually left Carlisle after the first day to come to Frederick because it was "dead." I spoke with the people at the MD Camaro Club, and they acknowledged they would've liked to have had more vendors and were going to make it one of their priorities for this year. A couple guys from the East Coast Camaro Club and I are going back to Carlisle. With that being written, I guess it's up to each what they want; all Camaros or a variety.

Don't forget, this always falls near, if not on, the same weekend as the Rhode Island show...
