M/T street R on back order, what else?

So M/T ET street R 305/45r17 is on backorder. I was thinking about going with 325/45r17 M&H drag radials that are in stock. I don’t want bias because I will run radial tires up front. I bought 17x10 forge star wheels. Looking for opinions, should I keep the M/T on order? EST ship Aug 31, but has changed twice already. Or get the M&H and go have fun? Any issues with the M&H?

My best 60' with those M&H tires was 1.5x I like them no issues, just time to replace mine and was thinking about the exact M/T you have on order just to see how they did.

I drove over to summit and compared the two and the m&h feel just as sticky as the mt et street R bias on the self. No radial except the mt pro radial and it was not as sticky in my opinion. I shall see.

I hope so too. Too hot this weekend but next Friday should be better. I am going to have to get the fronts too. Love the stance of skinnies and fats.

Yes 325/45r17. I think it could go 1” more on wheel and tire and still have room.

Thank you sir! That’s what I read, I have the race bug again and want to see what I built. I think I can learn this setup better than the 20” nitto DR’s I normally run around with.
