Yes contact LM Monday morning. I would also put a dispute on the CC charge, that will get there attention.

Yup wait until the vendor responds when you speak to them followed up with an email so you have a documented summary of what was discussed. Since this is a used item that may not be of use to them, there's a chance they might send you a brand new one while you send yours back at their cost or they may say keep it & still send you a new set. You shouldn't have to wait... if they resolve promptly, a new one should be shipped out on Monday. Good luck!

it sucks that it has delayed you getting to install it but im glad they took care of you. i had something simular happen when i ordered my sct3 tuner it arrived after a week of excitement and to my dissapointment the brand new device had a short in the cord. it really sucked waiting on it again haha
