So this just happened!

My Camaro and me where involved in a 5 car collision today on the interstate. Thankfully no one was seriously Injured, but there was a lot of banged up metal and plastic. The Camaro as you can see in the picture below to my amazement only has some minor rear bumper damage, which is a testament to how solid and well built these cars are because I was hit pretty hard. The car that rear Ended me (white Nissan SUV) had its front bumper caved in pretty good. I was at the front front of the pileup and received the least amount of damage. The first thing the guy that was behind me said after looking at his front bumper and my rear was, man that thing is a tank! This incident gave me a whole new love and appreciation for my car.

Glad your safe. That's the reason they are so heavy, designed to take a hit.

Yep, good no one was hurt...

I see diffuser damage and possibly some scuffs. It is a bit hard to tell... New diffuser - about $100. Hmm... she definitely took it like a champ.

As the old saying goes - It'll buff out.

I'm confused. The only white car I see in the accident didn't hit a Camaro.

I can support your statement as to how tough the Camaro's are, on the way home I passed a white 2013 Vert that had been rear ended by a Corolla.
Camaro had no obvious dents and a bunch of scratches and paint damage, the Corolla had the front punched in and the hood buckled with about a 70 degree bend in the middle.
Pleasing to see IMO.
