Hey all. I'm so confused after doing tons of research. I currently have Race Star 95 Recluse 10.5" rims in rear and 8.5" rims in front. 18". I'm wanting to replace the fronts with the 95 Recluse 5" rims to save weight on the rims/tires. I don't know what tires would be best for this front setup??? As far as I know, and from what I've experienced, don't you have to be concerned with the speed and load rating? I can't really find any tires that would work on the camaro ss. I did find one from Mickey Thompson (M/T 28X6.00R18LT Sportsman S/R Tire) but wasn't 100% sure if this would work???

I use M&H Racemaster bias ply 28x5x17.

I have a sticky in the tire section, but you could run:

MT SR 28 x 6.00 x 17 (or 18)
MH Bias 28x17

The SRs are radials, drive great but much heavier than the MH.

Thanks guys. I thought there may have been more options out there since the sticky was posted. Looks like there's plenty of options for 17" skinnier fronts.

There are also Hoosier 17 and 18" x 28 front, non DOT.
