Another Camaro convertible exhaust question

I've read so many different things that I want to try to get clarification on. Looking at Dynomax 39496 race bullet kit. It says that it's for coupes only. I've seen some post they've used "coupe" exhaust kits before but never mention what they did to make them work. I assume there are extra chassis stiffeners on the verts to contend with?

Contact Maryland Speed and ask about the differences in the various exhaust systems. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in my experience.

Hmm well they didn't really elaborate much other than they have exhaust systems for sale "made" for verts. They didn't actually confirm if a coupe exhaust will work

Most likely if it is 2 1/2 inch there will be no difference. If it is a 3 inch exhaust there will be spacers needed to lower the extra bracing. The factory exhaust is 2 1/2
