Crazy is as Crazy Does, JUST DONT TOUCH MY CAR!

Sorry about the wall o'text but stick with me here.

So heres what happened, I get off work, drive to the post office to grab some money orders (rent and personalized plates) drive home. I live on a one way street, there were no parking spots in front of my house so I had to park a little down the street, the spot I parked in was about two car lengths So I was able to get in easy and pull up to the car in front of me. I go in the house to get ready for a martial arts class im taking (20 minutes tops) and when I come back outside the car that was over 15-20 feet behind me is now pressed into my bumper. .....:(.......... ...So the first thing I do is take pics (which I forgot to upload but will later) then I knock on the nearest door to see if they may know the owner of the car. MISTAKE! this old lady comes out rambling about "4 murders 20 years ago" and "I salute you UPS man" and "that car is stolen, its a drug dealers" she was talking about my car. So I proceeded to back away slowly. She follows me, seeing that I didnt want to put my hands on this lady to move her aside (I pictured her going apesh*%) I threatened her with calling 911 and she ran off, literally. Long story short, it was her car, I dont know if she thought she was stopping a drug dealer by hitting it but yea... luckily there was no damage, i did make a claim to record the incident but didnt really call the police (didnt seem worth it).

So what would you do?

Turns out, EVERYONE ON MY STREET KNOWS she's crazy. I was walking to my front door last night and the neighbors wave me over, they tell me this lady does this to anyone who parks near her apartment. apparently I got off easy, supposedely she has sprayed ketchup and mustard all over someones car... who would of thought lol

I'm not sure what I would do in your situation other than what you have already done. That's certainly an odd situation.

More of the Busey than anything else, there was a brief moment were I thought she was going to attack me and I was going to have to take her down...gently of course

lol. too funny. Well I think the synergy does get a lot of attention. the only story i have anywhere close to your crazy incident was:
One of my long-time good friends (over 15 years) found out not too long ago that i also got a synergy camaro. Well he likes the car a lot! but his best friends, who is a little weird btw, saw me driving one time and claimed that he knew who the owner of the green camaro was. My friend says "of course that’s Jeremy’s car, u remember him don’t you??" and he said "No, that’s a drug dealer I know around here!" lol, now when i heard this it was too funny. And till the day, everytime i talk to my friend, he says his best friend is so persistent that he know the owner of my synergy is a drug dealer!

This is interesting. you do have a car that has a loud color, but that shouldn't matter.

If this happened to me, I would write down her license plate. Go online and find out who she is. Take pictures. Call the cops. Then call an attorney. let the attorney deal with her or the police.

note: i used to drive a drug dealerish looking bright yellow car. i got pulled over pretty often but then let go.

I agree with you, I probably would have got the law involved, I'm sure once they "experienced" this lady that would have been on my side hands down. I did take plenty of pics before moving my car and since there was no damage I let it go, for now, If she pulls this again, damage or no the police will be hanging out with us

At least my neighbor isn't this crazy. He's nuts for sure, but not Type A... I'm always afraid something is going to happen to my car when I leave it outside if I don't get the garage. I also won't lie, a little part of me likes that my exhaust probably annoys him... ;-) I have had people actually hang out by my car at Wal-Mart (I work there, so it's there a lot), waiting for me to come out so they can comment to me, or I've seen people taking pictures (even 2 girls taking pics in front of it). So far I haven't gotten any bad attention though...
