So the pricing for 2017s that came out and the online order guide do not list a blade spoiler option.

Now that the 2017 ordering has opened, can you check to see if the blade spoiler is available to order on a 2017?

Not that it makes a difference to me, as I have already ordered, but was just wondering where the Blade Spoiler went for 2017.

Man, I want to put an order in so bad but my 2012 overheard me talking about trading it in on a 2017 and decided to throw a fit and my fuel injection pump failed while cruising with the crew of Emerald Coast Camaros last weekend. So yeah, there goes my deposit for at least a month or so.

I know production won't start until June and I can guess the longer I wait, the later delivery will be but any rough guess as to how long I can safely wait before the expectation of delivery would be pushed well past August? I could order now if a deposit wasn't required but assuming one is, like say $500, I likely couldn't swing it until second half of next month at the earliest. My birthday is on the 18th so maybe the stars will align just right...

Also, the more I see from or about you Becky the more I'm thinking ordering through you would be a nice way to go. I'm in Tallahassee, FL though and I'm 99% sure I'll need to do a trade so that complicates things a little bit though I know you're capable of delivery and pick up. We may have to chat soon.

Why is Chevy so hush-hush about these dates anyway? Is it that they think if they announce it then people wont order 2016's towards the end?

It's kind of ridiculous that not even dealers know until the last minute (or at least they try to make you think that).

A very small per cent of Camaros are SRE (customer) orders. The last 2016 order cycle has been known for at least a few weeks and the first date for the beginning of the 2017s has been known for at least two weeks. Each vehicle line has its own dates, and even I, who pays attention to only two Chevrolet vehicle lines, have trouble remembering.

So the dates are not secret. But I do question the intentions of those dealers taking SRE orders at the close of a model year ordering cycle and not cautioning their would be customers that there was a likelihood the order would die in place.

It does look like the June 6 start date will hold true, and that was posted in this forum several weeks ago.
