New '20 1LE here.. and quick radar mount question..
Hey everyone.. I have been a pseudo-lurker for a bit having picked up my 2020 SS 1LE a few weeks back.. I'm loving the car as I am getting used to it.. I have been all over the place in the past for the last 20 years with 300zx twin turbo, supra twin turbo, audi s4, z06 vette, modded up GTI, among others.. I am loving being back in a V8 with the 6.2 and getting used to the long hood again after the z06.. ha.
Anyway, I had a quick question regarding a radar mount. I want to use my escort max 360 in the car and ordered a blendmount unit.. but I wasn't thinking ahead and took a look at the mirror setup, and I am not sure it will work. I didn't order it, but the car came with the video recording / performance setup thing, and it looks like the camera may be behind the mirror and in the way of the mount. Any experience about workable options for the car with this setup. My mirror is standard without any rear view camera built in or anything. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks! Ben |

By the way - tried to post a few pictures with [IMG] process but they didn't appear.. I am guessing that there is prohibition against pics until a certain number of posts.. Shadow gray and 1LE description probably does the trick in the meantime for most.. badass.. ha.
