regular unleaded, which is 87, but I'll probably go with 89-91.

Premium all the way.
Preferably Chevron. Always been good to me, on my last 4 vehicles.

Premium only (90+) for V8. I think the V6 can live with 89. But premium is always better (not only or the octane, but it burns cleaner and will help prevent long term carbon (gunk) build-up in the fuel system.

Premium!!!!

Why waste your money? Unless you think you know whats better for the engine than the GM power-train engineers who wrote up the specs for the car, I'd suggest you do what they recommend.

Thats a myth. Premuim isn't any cleaner than regular. It gets refined in the same facilities, with the same procedures, transported in the same trucks, stored in identical tanks, and most of the time it comes out of the same hose.

A higher octane than whats needed will do nothing other than SLOW the performance of this car down. Put "race gas" in it and you will LOSE hp!

***ALL*** V6 guys should be running 87. The Motec ME9 was built, tested and achieves it's 304bhp on 87. Anything else is a waste at this time.

I can attest to the fact that not only does it seem to love 87, it's still running rich as hell doing it LOL

Glad someone made this point. 110 isn't going to do anything unless you are running very high comp or are boosted. Use to get a kick out of people saying yah i put some 110 in my chevy blazer and man it was way faster than with normal gas haha
