Custom-painted aqua blue interior and door panels
Just thought I'd throw this up for you guys to see. I removed the dash and door trim panels, ripped off the fabric and used lacquer thinner to get rid of residual glue (that's TOUGH stuff!) then had my dealer paint the panels Aqua Blue Metallic, clear-coat and bake them, then re-install them in my car.
I like the ABM/IBM contrast and am eventually going toward a triple blue theme with my car. Under the hood, the engine cover and intake are also aqua blue. I'm really happy with the results and glad I didn't do it myself; they did an AMAZING job. Next I'll be painting the center console and steering wheel silver trim in ABM; going to leave the rest of it silver so I don't get ABM overload with my aqua dome and footwell lights!

I did most of the prep work so they just charged me for paint. $150 and they reinstalled them for me.

Looks great! Wondered what it would look like. I've had white planned forever to match my white stripes and stuff, but maybe I'll do ABM. I like that. My car is ABM by the way.
