Man that sucks! At least everyone was okay. Hope everything turns out alright for ya. I would have another whole set of issues had that happened to me cause I'd be in jail right now!

no the airbags didnt deply, and there were alot of people saying i was to calm given the situation lol

Im glad you are ok and I hope that you can get your car fixxed or replaced to your contentment. I also hopes that the cop gets punished just as you or I would if we did the same.

that is one of the things everyone brought up. if it were me who had done the same i would have had hell to pay, but what is he gonna get..

And yes... don't settle for less than a new Camaro. With the amount of damage that has occurred (GAH! It's hard to look at that picture)... it will NOT be the same if they just patch it up. :(

Like I said, you need to get compensation for ALL of your losses and medical on this one! And I agree about your car. It should be replaced. An accident such as this one and the car will never ride the same.. Not to mention it, doesn't it devalue the car some after having been in an accident such as this one!?

I've battled migraines since I was a child. Now that I'm older, I only get an average of 2 a year and that's more than enough. I have to lay in a dark room with no sound and a cold washcloth over my eyes. I get ill and even the hairs on my head hurt. Migraines and inner ear infections are two things I wouldn't wish on anyone.
