Glad to hear the back is better.

Love those old Impalas. My Pop had one when I was growing up. The "mighty" 283 had to make me smile.

We had a (I think) '60 Impala when I was little. Some of my fondest childhood memories are associated with that very cool car. It was white with red interior.

Had a great time gawking at cars!

This is a speed shop in Wisconsin, Ring Brothers. Some beautiful cars!
He is from Moore OK and has a Gray ZL1!
Your car looks great in the pictures!!!
Hope u had a good time!!!

Great pic of your car Diane. Glad you had a good trip. I sure hope mike & I can do that Power Tour one day. I had missed seeing it at the bottom of the page until others mentioned it & I went looking for it.

It was a slow day as predicted today. Hot and miserable here still. Exercise class was tough but I managed it okay. The rabbit is testing our resolve the last couple of days. She is very smart & knows right from wrong but has been obsessed with chewing the rugs the last few days. Of course we don't want the rugs torn up but it is more than that. The fibers of the rug would not be so bad for her but having hard wood floors, our rugs are all rubber backed. The rubber if it passes right through might not hurt her but if it got stuck or slowed down, the rubber can start to break down & give off stuff that could cause toxic shock & kill her. It is just like a strong willed toddler. She has finally settled down for a while resting under the kitchen table. She is a mess. Have a good evening.

Hi Ladies and Gents,

Compared to some of you, I'm probably still considered just a young pup.
I turned 53 back in May.
My lovely wife talked me into exercising this past January. I started out at 205lbs. I'm finally at my goal weight of 170lbs.
Now for the hard part....maintaining it.
Take care my friends!

I saw that Chevelle at Barrett-Jackson in January under the Mother's tent.

Looks like I will be flying into Maryland around August 1st and driving that Impala out to AZ. Probably take about 4 days if I take my time. So far, I am leaning towards driving I-70, I-68, I-79, I-77, I-64, I-44, I-40 (for a long time), I-17 to home. I see I could deviate onto RT 66 a few times.

Welcome aboard & congrats Bowtie-Bri!
Sounds like a fun trip for a great car Rick.

Good morning crew. Ruby Too (rabbit) is still testing us this morning. She is in "time out" in her room right now. She just won't give it up! Feisty little thing. Coffee time now & off to work I hope they have all the streets re-opened from the Rolling Stones concert last night at the Titans stadium.

My new bulbs I planed this year are finally starting to bloom. Here are a couple of pics of the first ones. I had a busy day but got all my work done.

Hey Rick! You need to keep that heat out there. Now they are saying it is going to be 105 here next week PLUS high humidity. No importing that heat to Tennessee! That just ain't right. It is only June!

Welcome, and congrats on the weight loss. I've lost 73 lbs now and am wearing 34" pants. I thought I was done at 36", but I was wrong.

Nice pics. I'll see what I can do Jan, but it is so hot, I don't think we can contain it. 116* today in the shade.

IT issues continue at work, very frustrating. I think they are tired of hearing from me, as they now keep forgetting about me.

Thanks! I quit drinking pop and eating sweets. If I go out to eat, I would eat half of what I was given, and take the rest home for another meal. I spent a half hour twice a day on the tread mill. I do ab crunches and push ups.
Yes, my wife and I are looking forward to Camaro fest.

Congrats to you! That is awesome! I was wearing size 34" pants. Now some size 32" pants are loose on me! I feel great and have more energy! I'm sure you do too!

Good morning crew. It is going to be rainy & a little less hot today but still muggy. Heat returns tomorrow. Our neighbor is building a garage which will give us more privacy. Yesterday Mike was walking around in his drawers & said "When he gets that thing dine I can walk outside naked". Uh, NOT! What is it with guys? Boy do I need my coffee this morning. I have a busy day scheduled then exercise class, but it is FRIIIIIIIIIDAY!!!!!!!! Have a great day.

Slow day today until exercise class. I did a mile of sprint, fast walk, walk ,before class then class was killer! I'm tired but it feels good to be back in the routine. I think the back is pretty much better but I'm still being careful not to re-injure it. It's the WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!
