That sucks, hate stuck bolts, looks like you have access to it from the outside, might be time to cut it off if that's the case, new spoiler should come with its own bolts, if not, I bet a shiny nickel it's probably m6 and available in whatever local store. Otherwise not really sure what else I can recommend, maybe heat but since it's on a soft aluminum panel that might warp, probably not the best option.

Never seen that happen before. You might be able to spray some penetrating lube inside the trunk from the top on the bolt threads, let it sit overnight. Maybe that will help. Some PB Blaster..

I put some pb blaster on it and tried cutting it but head is not showing enough so I cut a line so I can't put a flate head in it but it's still just not moving. Never had this much trouble with a stupid bolt

Vice Grips (locking pliers)on the top as tight as you can get it, impact from the nut side.

Take a crack torch (mini butane torch) or electric heat gun and heat up just the nut inside the trunk lid for a minute or two. Doesn’t have to be hot enough to burn the paint or anything like that. That will help release it. I had a little issue with this when I installed the dove tail on my current car. For whatever reason the factory blue locktite on the oe spoiler wouldn’t let go on one of the nuts. A little heat and it came right out. Definitely use vise grips up top to hold the stud like mentioned above. Looks like it’s been a rough go for you. I didn’t have anywhere near that amount of trouble.

I know it's an old thread but...
Aqua any Idea how I can delete the brake light in the Dove Tail?
It's already disconnected, but I want it gone lol.

I know exactly what you mean, neither of mine have ever been hooked up. I wish they had made it like the original dovetail that was on the Dale Jr concept car in 2011. I’ve seen one or two where they glassed the light over and filled it in but I haven’t tried it personally.
