When to Get the First Oil Change?

I'm approaching about 700 miles on my ride and I know that typically one waits to about the 2500 mile mark before changing their oil. When is the right time to get the first oil change? Its a V6 automatic 2012.

Did mine at 500. I like to do it early on all my cars through the years. Get the crap out and good stuff in.

Just wondering why anyone would waste good oil. Change it when the car tells you to!

Because when you change it there are metal flakes in it.

I think between 1000 and 1500 is a good first number and go with synthetic..it cost more but it is well worth it..IMHO

I guess you turn your drawers around then flip em inside out and repeat? Why waste clean laundry?
