yes i hear its a good pump but i cant find a diy on installing the pump...is it in the pan?i dunno even where it is lol

With any Cam job on these cars we use the older style pumps ported/shimmed. Never had a failure in over 10 years and 100's of cars. We use them on all out heavilly built cars too.

Do the l99 use a high volume pump? I'm pretty sure the g8 with l76 use s high volume pump because of afm

yes they have a wider pump gear

Yes I do but I also took off all the AFM/DOD crap.We tore it out at 500 miles.

I have the same issue. Just got my car towed to the dealer this morning. 2011 I have an LS3 with less than 4k miles.

stuck pump

My pump valve failed in Feb with 5k miles. Dealer fixed under warranty and pulled top engine to check for damage (onstar made me run the car for 3 minutes to remote diagnose before they would send a tow .. with me screaming in the background)

had this happen to me last night, no oil presurre car has 10,000 on it just had it towed to the dealer 2011 ls3
