There's a brand spanking new Target just up the road from me off of 281 and Stone Oak PKWY here in SA, TX. It has only recently opened up. My wife wanted to go and check it out tonight. Naturally, I thought.."new Target? New store with shelves full of new products..." So we go and of course I head to the Cars section. I find the black Hot Wheels...very cool. My wife liked it. But then, I see this 5th Gen in red, but in a different plastic container as the usual ones. I thought it was a regular old red one. I pick it up and it has black racing stripes on it! I have NOT seen this one before. I don't know how many versions have been released other than the black/orange stripes, yellow/blk stripes, red, and silver....and now this one. And this means that there is going to be another released probably right now...since they come in waves of two. But...check it out. Oh! And they had two red regular 1/18 metal die cast models along w/ two large, silver RC cars.

I don't understand why JADA has to shove the wheels so far up the wheel-wells, though...

It looks great like that. Plus it doesn't need to turn ever...

I actually like it when the wheels completely fill the wheel wells. It looks flush.

Went to Wal-Mart the other day...guys were filling the end caps w/ Hot Wheels cars. They had about 20 boxes sitting next to them. My boy and I were walking passed and the guy puts up a black #02 Camaro. Of course, I grabbed it (already having one). I walk by later and they have a couple hundred up on the end cap...all new. I couldn't even begin to tell you how many Camaros I saw... I've purchased enough.
