How many miles did you get with your original Pirelli's ?
I just hit 9800 miles and the rear Pirelli's are 3/32 in the center. The front still look new 7/32. Is this expected with these tires ? Always at 36psi cold. This is my DD and I'm not out doing burnouts. I know its a soft tire but I was hoping to get closer to 15k out of them. I don't think I will be replacing them with the same, need something that gets more.

I got 28,000 out of the originals, 22,000 out of the replacements. I didn't get Perelli third time around. I'm at 100,000 and have Goodyear All Seasons now, which by the way SUCK! Zero grip with the Goodyear A/S.

If you're just wearing the center, you're running too much air pressure. Just FYI. Drop them to about 32 cold, then they'll warm up to about 36 hot. Might help with the next set.
I got about 11k out of my rear set, but I like burnouts once in a while.

Right at 20k with tread still left for another year. But with a filled hole might be sooner.

Are they at 36psi cold or are you setting them lower ? Both front and back on mine are 36psi cold and the fronts look new

36 cold for me, though I don't usually add air until they get to about 33. Fwiw, I remember seeing some people saying the SS kinda eats them. I only have the v6

I replaced my rears at 17,500 a few weeks ago.. could have gotten a little more but didn't trust them in the rain. Fronts are about 1/2 done.

I've got 8,600 miles after 6 years on mine and they still look almost new. I will most likely replace them in a couple of years due their age.
