EXHAUST / DIFFUSER

Am I the only one who has a problem with the rear exhaust diffuser for the production and GM aftermarket options. The concept car was absolutely beautiful. Round looks clean, mean, and like you are not TRYING to look custom.

Does anyone know of an after market parts company looking to reproduce the camaro concept diffuser???

I'm sure there will be a company that tries to mimic it.

But I like the accessory diffuser GM has available much more personally.

it would kinda make for a better comparison if you actually put a pic of the one you dont like up too.
Just a thought

Here is the diffuser comparison. I really hope someone takes the onus on this one and produces the concept diffuser. I feel the same way about the 21" front and 22" rear 5-spoke wheels used on the concept too. Why aren't those an option as well?

I personally like the aftermarket version, but I'll get the chrome parts body matched.

Accessory exhaust still looks best to me. It's shape matches the tailights better than both of the others (not to mention the rest of the car isn't rounded and soft either, making the trapezoidal shape more fitting).

thats why the rear diffuser is an option. if you dont like it dont buy it. and as far as other companies making a kit of some sort, sure. there will be someone making kits.

I also like the concept exhaust better. However, I believe one of the reasons they changed it was to hide the muffler or resonator that you can see from behind right before the tip.

Just a little bump on this older thread. With all of the aftermarket energy of late, I just wanted to make sure the killer concept deffuser and exhaust tips were not being forgotten.

That is all...now back to waiting for 6913.

Hopefully an aftermarket company will make an insert for the rear diffuser like the "chrome" one on the concept. I think they would look close enough to identical with just the inserts added.
