He did it for free as he had yellow film left over. I would say just try some local places. It can’t be too expensive as it’s so little film to use.

My Camaro doesn't have fogs, it has DRL's. I just used a smoked tint kit I got from Phastek. Replaced the bulbs with P13W Plasma LED's I got from them too. The color pretty well matches the stock headlights.
