What injectors did you use?
A ZL1 should post up closer to 500 wheel. I have seen STOCK ZL1's go 480-515 on various dyno's. Dynojet and dyna pack I suspect dyno calibration off on the mustang dyno if hes saying he clocks stock ZL1's at 440. Dyno is just a calibration tool. Maybe try to spin her somewhere else see what numbers you get. How does the tune feel? does the car break up? how does it idle? |

If the actual peak was more like 460 at 6400 (which seems possible based on other's dyno runs I found) and the dyno reading is off by 10% from a dynojet (again seems to be an amount often thrown out) that puts me at 506 rwhp. If my drivetrain losses are on the high side of 18% (and I had brand new fluid in transmission and differential) that's 597 at the engine which is a 50% increase that I was expecting. |

With the 2.75 upper, I'm making 8 - 8.5 lbs of boost.

Try a different dyno or go run at the track. Where I live I have done back to back dyno on my l99 before cam , on a dynocom dyno it did 428/433 on a mustang dyno it did 416/428. I watched a 13 stock zl1 with tune cai do 460/450 on the dynocom
