Where is your oil pressure at? (Cammed)

Curious where you guys with cammed cars are running?

hmm, I seem to idle around 35-40.

While in motion the gauge is directly between the 30/70 hash mark.

It seemed a bit high, but I wasn't sure if that was influenced by the cam or melling pump.

middle of the gauge is 30 (I believe)... I idle there, but in motion I am at 50 and sometimes higher.

That's where mine runs. I think its the Melling Hi-Vol pump. I'm never below 30.

I will run below 30 at idle sometimes. Almost down to what I would guess is 20. When I first crank over and driving around 40-50 usually.

It is a ported performance GM LS5 oilpump. My first oil pump died/crapped out. Factory defect.

** Thank you Hendrick Chevy for sticking me with the repair and bill **

Sliced o-ring from factory when it got pulled off. Still got stuck with the bill.

Exactly the same as it was with the stock cam. Idles with a little more pressure now because it's idling at higher RPM.
