Haha, there is no question I was addicted to getting everything I can out of this setup. Just seemed like every time I ran I would see something that could be a little better.

I'd be lying though if I said I thought I would be 9s. Honestly blueprinted the build to go easily into upper 10s....but when she kicked off a 10.34 with a BAD 60ft and hitting the limiter on the 1-2, that is when I first thought Maybe 9!! Lol

9.926 was awesome, and honestly, I didn't have 1 speck of Knock, and the 1-2 shift happened at 6350rpm as I over compensated from hitting the limiter before. That with a few other things I think she could easily be 9.8x maybe even high 9.7x. Since it is the end of the season, I am getting her setup over the winter for a road trip and then some HPDE events in the spring. 9.926 will stand as my best, and I'm ok with that.

No one has said anything to me about a cage, I assumed it was because of my airbags and racing harness. Guess I just got lucky. They aren't too strict in the T/T street class here.

Well #1 stock bottom end list if there is such a thing, there is a guy that is quite a bit faster that isnt on that list that is stock displacement that would qualify for the list on here.

There are a lot of cars faster than us not on the list, I will tell you, there is always someone faster. Try not to get to over obsessed with "Fastest". I just kept looking for the best my setup can do, luckily that has kept me content for a full 10 days so far. Hahaha

True but there is only so much you can do with a stock bottom end. So far its surviving 17lbs of boost lol. Got to find other ways to go faster like cut weight. Im looking at crazy stuff like carbon fiber panels and lexan windows. Hard to draw the line between a street car and race car. I still want to have a/c and a radio at least

Well......I have been debating for a while, but finally decided to install this heavy ass dynamat extreme!

Had my race car fun, gonna get her setup for some street driving as she was originally intended....I got the front done so I could get the seats back in and front of interior....excited to see the difference once I am done. Still neex to get the doors, backseat/quarters and the trunk. Here are some pics of the progress...

Thanks man.... I am just now noticing I have 100 cuts on my fingers too. Haha....

I would recommend the dynamat for sure, I helped a friend install some less brand and it was a pain compared to Dynamat. Dynamat is very expensive, bit rubber based vs asphalt based.

Also it was VERY sticky, and only minor heat allowed it to shape and stick...i was looking for one of my wire loom holes to mount the clip back, the mark had fallen off......I had to cut a section and remove it...WOW... it was VERY VERY hard to remove. Lol....

Anyways, to anyone on the fence, I recommend it.
