But tell you what, that thing has saved me a fortune. 2-3lb branch fell on the passenger rear quarter last year and did $3000 in damage. Fixed perfectly and the entire passenger side and trunk lid was repainted/blended. Obviously, that canopy isn't stopping a couple hundred pound branch. Two massive Florida Live Oaks hanging over the driveway with no garage sucks bigtime. Arborist wants $1800 to trim everything that hangs over the driveway...

Hard to believe she has 173,000 miles...well, except for the engine.
What poles?? All I see is an amazing looking Camaro!! Very nice sir!!

When I finally retire we plan on loading up the RV and heading up Devil's Highway and checking out the Four Corners area.
Gorgeous!

Well, if RVs aren't all mandated electric by then.
If so we'll never make it.

Thanks guys! It’s coming together slowly, but I have been acquiring parts pretty consistently. Just need to get some stuff painted and put it all on the car.

Xstuntman, I’ll be here I’m sure, hit me up when you do come, I can show you some cool places indeed. We don’t have any plans to leave the Farmington area till after the kids are grown. My youngest is a year old so yea… haha. EV’s will never take off quickly here, too many wide open spaces, hopefully you are safe in that regard. haha

Took my car to a local show on Saturday. Fund raiser for a program run by the Sheriff's office.

Mom brought her custom painted Solara. (AMC Big Bad Blue)
Dad brought his '98 WS6 T/A. Wings West car look-a-like. Dad is 73, but still had to get a 6spd manual trans. lol He is thinking about selling it soon though.

Rain shortened the show, but still a good time overall and supported a good cause.

That is actually a Z28 knockoff spoiler. My daughter bought it for me from Ebay, paint matched, a couple father's days ago. It's a very good looking spoiler. I haven't had the heart to get another wicker bill for this one as I don't want to drill holes in it.

I remembered you today.

I met a Camaro in Red Jewel color.
I saw only one here in CZ. And that was just in the photo.
Although it was not as nice and made as yours, but the color!!!!
Simply beautiful!!!! Red Jewel and Aqua Blue Metallic.
These are TOP colors! (for me)

I agree, both awesome colors! And I’ll add Synergy green to that short list. Synergy was my second choice when I was looking for my first Aqua Blue Metallic car.

All good choices. I was quite taken by that Dusk edition that other guy posted a few days ago as well.

My first 5th gen is white because I couldn't afford a color. My second 5th gen is black because I couldn't afford a color.

Its funny.. when I started looking to trade my 4th gen for a 5th gen I kept saying the only colors I didnt want was yellow and black. I didnt want yellow bc personally, at least around me, the bumble bee thing is incredibly played out and I didnt want black bc im obsessed with keeping my car clean even without a garage. Of course, i ended up with black and now all my spare time is keeping this thing clean

Lol yea when I bought my wife’s Yukon Denali I said the same thing. Anything but black. Yep ended up with black. It’s a strong love hate relationship with that thing. It’s really been a nice low trouble vehicle, but damn I hate keeping it looking good.

I really like the yellow with black accents until it was over-done too. In fact, I painted my second 69 GTO with 2005 Mustang Lightning Yellow and loved it then. Not something I would do now. Not knocking anyone else's yellow dreams, just not for me anymore.
