NEED HELP - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

WHATS UP,
JUST BOUGHT USED 2010 CAMARO RS V6 I BELIEVE ITS 1LT.
BUT IT DIDNT COME WITH THE HALO OR DEMEON EYES HEADLIGHTS.

ANYWAYS IM GONNA JUST BUY THEM BUT DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD BUY THE HOLE HOUSING UNIT, I CHECKED WITH DEALER IT WAS REDICOLUSE COST! A LIL OVER 900$ JUST FOR ONE SIDE

. OR SHOULD I JUST GET THE HALOS OR DEMON EYES AND GET THEM INSTALLED. I DONT WANT TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY BUT I WANT MY CAR TO LOOK CLEAN AND HEAD TURNING SO ANY SUGGESSTIONS? ALSO IF YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN GET THEM FOR A GOOD DEAL IT WOULD BE HELPFULL.

To answer your question... Check with some of vendors here. Someone will probably chime in. They are nowhere near that expensive to put in.

A side note if your car doesn't have Halo headlights then it's not a ture RS. Probably the previous owner bought some badges. AAC sells Halo style headlights for much cheaper than the OE ones. :wink:

If it didn't come with halo headlights, then it is not an RS.

But why would the previous owner or some one put an rs badge? it has one in the front and the back but my carfax didnt specifiy rs just said 1lt,

They just want people to think they have an RS. I'm sorry about that! Hopefully you didn't pay for those badges!

They probably did it for the same reason people put on a ZL1 front end. They liked them so they did.

Either way you still have a nice car. No biggie.
