Best Choppy Sounding Cam for L99

Now I know this is all a matter of opinion, but I would like to know who makes good power and gives you that really good choppy sound at idle while keeping the VVT.

I have checked out many cams on youtube and also on the different threads here.

I've seen the TSP, Night Fury, Comp, FSP and LG Motorsports. The LG G6X3 absolutely sounds perfect to me but not sure if it is applicable with the L99.

I won't be changing the cam anytime soon, but I will more than likely buy the cam and keep it in storage while I let the warranty run out.

Thanks for all the input.

And thanks to 62nalide for reminding me about the VVT!

Keep in mind you'd need a converter for a nice cam like that. Keep the vvt for best results.

I did forget about the VVT. Good catch!

Sounds nice but the torque numbers to me are a little low.

We could custom spec you a vvt cam that will be choppy. You will need a good converter and dod delete to go with it.

Well Houston has 93 octane but is humid as hell during the summer. So should I expect the same numbers?

Feel free to give us a call and ask for nick. We have a few VVT cams you might like. Both have very nice sounding idles.
Here is our NightFury VVT cam. It does require a stall converter.

Here is our smaller Predator VVT cam. It does not require a stall converter.

Where are you located in Houston? I wouldn't mind hearing your car in person if possible sometime! Obviously he did your cam also correct?
