Question about ECM and TCM reset

I have a 2014 Buick Regal GS (2.0L/259-hp/295-lb-ft/turbo) that has been shifting weird (auto). Its like a lazy shift between 2-3 and 3-4. A tiny bit of rev right before the shift. Doesn't do it all the time. Someone suggested that I remove the ECM and TCM fuses overnight, which I did. The lazy shift seems to be gone. The shifts seem later than before and the down shifts are noticeably harder. Also, the car doesn't pull as hard as it did before the fuse pull. I understand everything was reset (fuel maps, adaptive shift control, etc), but how long does it normally take for the re-learn of the ECM and TCM ? I have driven the car at least 200 miles and have not seen any difference since after the fuse pull. Car has 52k miles.
