Shop cannot find front splitter
I damaged my OEM front splitter and it needs to be replaced, but the shop cannot locate one of these (just example, not my car):
They made lots of calls but came up w/ nothing. Since the cost from Chevy was going to be ~$830 (crazy I know), they say they can repair the damaged one, which I would rather they not do. Is there another type of OEM splitter that fits that would look as good (or better) for ~$830 or less?

Also, I have a Z28-style splitter in my storage unit, but I don't think they will allow it to be used. They said for warranty reasons.

Let them repair it. Road debris took a chunk out of my ACS T3 splitter on my 2010 one night and I had a body shop repair it. Couldn't even tell it was ever damaged.

That front splitter is part of a GFX kit, it is not available by itself. You would have to find a used one, or repair yours.

Not true, you can buy it alone. But the sad fact is that it is no longer available. My collision shop found one for mine but it was someone's old stock. They first got in a gloss black one but it wasn't even close so they searched some more and found one.

Found this on eBay.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/10-11-12-CH...nd!95148!US!-1 Might not be the exact same one. But it looks pretty close. I have no experience with this one, but others might.

What did they mean by that? Makes no sense. What warranty?

I want the OEM front spoiler too, but GM is out of production. I thought a local large collision shop would have a hook up, no go try the aftermarket. I want a quality clone, but not found it yet.

There are tons of them on ebay. They look nearly identical to oem. About $150
