Is the camaro for tall people.
I'm 6'2" and waiting for the 14' camaros to come out but I have heard that the other camaros aren't for tall people. Can you guys give me your opinion???

I think that any 2 door car probably isn't the BEST choice for a tall person, but it all depends on your preference. My dad is 6'1" and he hates getting in my car, but he also isn't a muscle car type of guy. So it varies

You'll have no issue. You'll have to plop dfown hard in the seat and maybe bump your head...but I am 5'10 and do the same thing lol. Welcome to the world of performance lol.

I'm 6'1" and I fit fine. DO NOT GET IN THE BACK THOUGH. Your neck will hurt after a while.

I'm 6'3" and have no issues with fitting in the car. I still have plenty of headroom to wear a helmet too (I have no sunroof though). Getting into the car is a little more difficult compared to my 2004 Silverado since the car sits lower. That's to be expected from a car like this though.

I'm 6-2 as well, I have my seat as low as it goes and don't have any problems with headroom, with the seat all the way back i have plenty of legroom too.

It depends on your desired seating position as much as your height (which isn't a good guide anyway, as headroom is dictated by your upper body height...not your overall height).
Go to your local dealer and sit in one. That is the ONLY way you will know. |

Tall people suffer in this car. The roof is very low.

I'd suggest no sunroof. Seems you lose three or four inches of headroom. Can someone who owns one with a sunroof confirm how much headroom you lose?

I am 6' 2" and have a sunroof and can wear a helmet with no problems. Granted the helmet is very close to the roof with the seat in a racing position but I am fine with it.

I have a friend that is 6'5" and he fits fine in my car. I also have a sunroof. If you like to drive with the seat straight up then you might have issues.

It's been stated you lose about 1 1/2 inches with a sunroof.
But again, you need to actually sit in one to know how it will work for you. Same as with most any car. |
