I want to add a better oil cooler... has anyone done this?

I would like to add a better oil cooler to my car. I spend a lot of time with it at Road Atlanta and think adding more cooling would be a good idea. I also noticed a few drops of oil leaking at my factory oil cooler. has anyone done this or does anyone have any suggestions?

not sure about the cooler, but the oil cooler leaking is a very common problem. should be able to get a fix under warrnety. shouldn't have a problem with your mods either.

There was a thread on it in the drag/track section. Best advice is to buy one of the billet adapters from a place like Katech and then piece one together. All you need is the adapter, lines, cooler, fittings, and a couple brackets. There was one place making a kit for $550 but its only about $300 in parts and you'd get better stuff doing it yourself.

It's on my to do list.

Here are a few, make sure you do a good test fit first due to your headers. I am using 2" headers and had "0" clearance so no oil cooler for me. Hopefully it works for you.
