My BLACK SS is HERE! Yipee!

Can't wait to start making some mods to the car! After waffling between a few colors, the black was THE best choice! Just looks awesome! Thanks to this thread for tons of help and inspiration!

Dude, those are some kick-ass wheels you got there. :5thgenvert:
What did you do with the tail-lamps by the way? I kind of want the same look.

thanks! i almost always paint my tailights, but i didnt know how i felt about the look on the camaro, so i used those headlight armor vinyls and they came out fantastic! im REALLY picky and OCD, and if applied correctly, they really do look nice. they are the medium darkness btw, 30% i think. takes only minutes to install and come right off just as quick if you change your mind

Thanks.

@ Erik, nice ride!

First black car Ive seen with the black "camaro" fuel door. Ive been debating on getting ether black or satin nickel. B/C personally I think chrome one would be a bit to much

But I like the way yours looks so I think I will go with the black one also.

Thanks!

The black door looks amazing on the car and blends in really well, not to "much" so to say.

Erik,

Where did you get the exhaust tips, and can we see a rear view?

I went with MBRP as they are one of our suppliers, amazing stuff! Couldn't be happier!

But after really heating it up at the track I have to re-adjust the tips a little. Since they are formed after the exhuast cut-outs it is really noticeable if they are not center.

Yup, had done the same to my tailights I like the looks.

Just lowered my Baby yesterday - about 1" all the way around - with Vogtland Lowering Springs. Great job, feel, and looks!
