Procharger f1x shredding cog belt
installed The procharger f1x we are running approximately 1,000hp. After talking to the procharger rep the stock bracket is not capable of supporting that much horsepower. Does anyone sell a prefabricated solution to support this belt shredding from happening? This is a smaller cog pulley we are making around 20lbs of boost. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Follow the link in the thread. Buy the pulley from ati. It will solve your problem

You can add a strut,it will work and be much cheaper than a bracket. If you need some help with it give me. Call

I thought the new bracket they make was supposed to solve this issue.

I have the upgraded ATI, that didn't work. Do you have a pic of this strut?

Well I guess the guard is working without the brace. Because I never hooked it up. Even on stock motor mounts
4k miles. Still on the same belt. Works great
