More mustangs?

So I noticed in my neck of the woods there are more mustangs on the road than camaros. I'm in Maine. I've spent the last week in Florida and I've driven the entire length of I4 over the week and places in between. I've found the same holds true. More mustangs seen than camaros. I think it's weird. Clearly camaros are the better car 😊. Just curious as to what you see where you are from? More camaros, mustangs or challengers?

Yeah the Mustang has always been the top seller. Not always the best performer, but hasn't skipped a beat ever. I like both cars personally, with drag strip type fun going more to the Mustang as it has always been the better, proven platform from Fox body to S197 era. Solid axles may not be the best at road racing, but for drag racing, you're gonna have a hard time trying to track against a properly setup solid axle vs irs.

Where I am at in Florida, there seems to be a ton of Mustangs out and about. I do see my fair share of Camaros, although I rarely see an SS. Only seen 1 ZL1 around here.

NPD (National Parts Depot) is based in Ocala and they are very biased toward Mustangs, why I do not know.

The new mustang's are the hottest new thing and mustang's are alot more cheaper than camaro's . Can't forget that the mustang after market is bigger and it's Fords only sports car so all of this is why you see so many more than camaro's.

I'd beg to differ as each has their pro's and cons. I would never stick a Chevy in a Ford or vice versa. But, I'd like to see a TT Coyote under the hood of a clean G-body.

Mustangs are the disposable toothbrush of cars. You can get one really cheap and beat the shit out of it. Then throw it away or in most cases crash it and then go buy another one the very next day. I've seen used omes go for around 12 to 15k and around 500hp. Cheap and quick just like a crack whore.

Apparently you've never been to airports in Orlando, Tampa, & Miami. There were ROWS or Rustangs for rent. Only a handful of Camaros and Challengers. Same in Vegas and Dallas.
