Check the wire lume that's on the pass. side of the trunk. It's been known to fold backwards and crease the rubber seal of the trunk

I also had a leak in my trunk. My car is a convertible, but it wasn't related to the top. The water was actually coming in through a gap between two pieces of metal in the rear end panel behind the bumper/fascia. The water was running down the watershed on the sides of the trunk, under the black plastic close out and finding it's way in between the panels. The gap was there because there wasn't enough sealer used in the area. The dealer said that had seen leaks in other Camaros because of inadequate body sealer, but it was the first they had seen in that area.

If you want to avoid a trip to the dealer I would suggest removing all the trunk trim and then spray the car with a hose and see if you can find where the water is dripping from. Even if you do find the leak it is probably something you want the dealer to fix if it's still under warranty.
