Does he want to come back?
 I don't know the details around why he was ultimately banned permanently... Usually when that happens someone deliberatly ignores a warning from the mods or the Admin... Not to say that it's impossible... Others have been given a second chance by the Admin (it would have to come from him). I'll be happy to bring it up to the rest of the staff here. There may be something I don't know that prevents him from coming back, so no promises. Lemme know.
