It just cut out while I was driving.

Ignition switch took a shit while I was driving. Pulled over turned the key a few times and no juice to the pumps.. 😠😠 all lights in the cabin are functional except no power going to my gauges. Wait a few minutes and gauges are working and you can hear the pumps. Seems to be an intermittent problem. Suggestions and input is definitely welcomed.

Yeah.. My gauges lost power but everything else in the cab was working. Pulled over tried to start it a few times and the pumps aren't turning on. Waited a few minutes and had power to the gauges. I was happy to be home in one piece.

I think you're in the right realm: electrical.

I would check battery terminals, fuses, ignition switch and relay in that order.

I appreciate the response bud, it just sucked how it happened and could've been worse if I crashed.

You're welcome. Yeah, but better cutting off than taking off like a rocket. At least you got home safely. I just wouldn't take it out again until fully diagnosed and repaired.

Let us know the results.

I had a similar problem a few years ago. Turned out to be a wire connected to fuse box in the front right. When I'd accelerate, the engine would torque and pull on the wire causing the power to die out. Gauges and engine would die out for few seconds and come back.

If it's the original battery, it could be going bad. I've had them seem 100% fine and then all of a sudden fail to start. I had one that lost all power, no lights or anything. When I went to wiggle the positive battery post to check the contact, it broke off the battery.
