I purchased mine 11/28/15, so I was almost in similar territory.

Registration date doesn’t determine year model. Build date does. Is your car a left hand or right had drive? I kinda like the marker light on the fender...

Even better! Sometimes it happens, where you get a problem car. Its best to be rid of a problematic car, as life will be far better with something that's dependable and well running. I've seen Camaro v8s as being relatively dependable, and if you don't abuse or over mod them then they should return many miles of driving enjoyment.

Well if its me its LHD, I don't think RHD Camaro's are available yet.
They aren't marker, they are side mounted turn signals, compulsory in the UK. :(

Obviously mine has been stood around somewhere because it was first registered here in 2016, which means its not been on the road before it was imported here.
Our DVLA are very strict on dates and registrations, I know having registered an import years ago.
I know a guy who is trying to register one at the moment;

"I bought her through an online auction site from an insurance company, she came with a state of Oregon DMV secure odometer disclosure/reassignment of title certificate, a bill of sale and a NOVA to show that everything is all paid up but they are insisting on proof of it's first date of registration in the USA to provide a date correct registration plate on the V5c"

I only now realized you're in the UK. Sorry for the mess we recently caused there.

Don't worry, our country has the same number of idiots as most other countries.

The media only centered on the protestors, any good that came out of the visit will hardly get a mention.

It's because nothing good came out of the visit.

Beautiful car OP..would love to rent a Camaro and venture out into the beautiful countryside of England. I would not want to drive it in London..that traffic is crazy.

Please do not bring politics to our fantastic site. I know you barely said anything at all, but there are people that will take offense to the tiniest of things.

I have said my peace...carry on!

Yeah, unfortunately we've become a society of snowflakes... that's sociological not political.

Anyway, the next generation Camaro is expected to be available internationally.

Thank you.
Be quick, the little countryside we have left is vanishing under the weight of housing that's required.

I know what you mean about snowflakes, there's enough here to build a large snowman army.

I heard the Camaro will go RHD, funnily enough we actually had a complainer at our July Stars and Stripes show saying RHD Mustangs shouldn't be allowed in!
Pointing out the fact that its still the same car didn't register at all. :(

July Stars & Stripes? So you celebrate the colonies' independence?

I disagree. Lot's of good came of it starting with the exposure of even more people suffering from serious afflictions.
