Defect on dash

I noticed this yesterday on the way home from the Super Chevy show. You can easily feel it in the material on the dash. I guess it wasn't laid properly. Not sure if it can be repaired without replacing the entire dash, and I doubt I'd go that far. It is disappointing to have this in my line of sight. The pic doesn't show all of the imperfection.

minor and easily fixable. nothing to get all worked up about and post on here making a huge issue out of nothing. which is what c5 is known for.

Take it in to your local Honda dealer and have them look at it.

Sorry I posted. I doubt anyone would want a wrinkle in the dashpad. It looks a lot worse than the photo shows. Just looking for feedback.

It's fairly easy fix, I just don't think I'd trust the dealership to try it. You will need to have a good custom interior shop fix it. It probably has too much glue in that spot.

You can push the wrinkle(s) flat with your finger, so there's no glue under it. I don't know how easy it is to fix, since I don't think the material can be removed from the dash. Maybe some glue could be injected under the wrinkle, but I don't know. It's obviously something an experienced upholstery shop needs to look at. Hopefully nobody else will have this on their car.

I would still talk to your dealer concerning the problem. They may have contacts for a company that can take care of this problem and have GM
pay the bill if possible.

It's just an insert it should pop out just like the plastic dash panels
